Client: Pyaterochka (part of X5 Group, Russia’s largest retailer)
Challenge: We were asked to announce the launch of the program that collects consumers’ feedbacks and provides better service. Plus to name it (which we also did). But the list of what should have been mentioned was just endless, and we had 20’’ only.
Solution: Ok then, if we need to say that much, why don’t we sing it? It’ll make it easier to digest and create some little show, too.
